Discover the simple, yet highly effective ‘In-depth Journal Method,’ a method that combines mindfulness meditation, journaling, and guided visualizations as a path to well-being, personal development and increased creativity.
Facilitated by intuitive holistic life coach, In-depth Journal method facilitator, therapeutic writing facilitator and published author Belinda Bennetts, this course is not to be missed!
Classes will be held via zoom, from 6.00 pm to 7.15 pm and places are limited to 6.
The course starts on Tuesday the 21st July, and runs until the 25th August.
No prior writing experience is required, simply have pens/paper and an open heart.
