Welcome, I’m Belinda

Since 2008 I’ve been helping women live more fulfilling lives through holistic wellbeing. In my practice today, I offer online counselling and guided journaling across the UK and face-to-face in Belfast, supporting women who are struggling with anxiety, burnout, relationship issues, parenting challenges, or the impact of past wounds.

Many of the women I work with are sensitive, thoughtful, and deep-thinking. They are tired of feeling stuck but aren’t sure how to make lasting changes. With my compassionate, collaborative, and holistic approach I’ll meet you where you are, help you uncover what’s been holding you back, and guide you as you begin to make changes that feel achievable and sustainable.

How I work

Life often hands us stories about who we should be and how we should live. These can come from family, culture, or the roles we’ve carried. Over time, these stories can leave us feeling anxious, stuck, or overwhelmed. Think of counselling as pressing pause for a moment, giving you space to gently question these stories and discover what feels true for you now.
