If you’re navigating a life transition and feeling overwhelmed, you’re in the right place. I offer counselling for women through life changes related to career, parenting, relationships, identity, and migration.
Transitions don’t just shift our outer world, they stir things deep within us. Old patterns and unresolved feelings can surface, often when we least expect it. Giving yourself the space to slow down and feel supported by someone in your corner can be a powerful act of care.
My approach is informed by psychological theory, with a humanistic and psychodynamic foundation. I bring over 17 years of experience in the wellbeing field, a commitment to anti-oppressive practice, and extensive lived experience.
I am an accredited member of the NCPS and offer sessions online across the UK and in person in Belfast. I invite you to reach out when you feel ready.

In our sessions you can expect a safe, empathetic, and confidential space where we can begin to explore what’s going on for you.
