I offer counselling for women navigating life changes who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious or depressed. 

You might be feeling disoriented, stuck, or struggling with changes in your relationships, your sense of identity, or the impact of a recent relocation. Whatever brings you here, I offer a calm, supportive space to help you make sense of things and find your way forward.

Giving yourself the space to slow down, let go of what no longer fits, and begin integrating the new is one of the greatest gifts you can offer yourself.

As someone who has been through many significant life transitions, I understand that it can be difficult to even know where to start when it feels like everything is changing. In our sessions you can expect a safe, empathetic, and confidential space where we can begin to explore what’s going on for you.
